How do I notify Tapstone Energy of an address change?

Please log in to Energy Link and follow the appropriate steps to submit your request or mail letters and documentation ATTN: Division Orders to the address at the bottom of the page.

 

Do you have direct deposit available?

Yes. Please provide the following documentation by mail to our headquarters. The address is may be found at the bottom of the page.

Owner Name
Owner Number
Account number
Routing number (9 digits)
Bank name
Account type (Checking or Savings)
Copy of voided check

 

What is the purpose of my owner number?

Your owner number is a unique number that identifies you and connects you to every well in which you have an interest. Please refer to that number when corresponding with Tapstone.

 

When should I receive my check?

Tapstone distributes revenue checks on the last business day of the month. If you are in a pay status and your account exceeds $100, a check should be issued. If you have not received your check by the 10th of the following month, please call us at 1-844-335-1100.

 

Why have I not received a revenue check?

Revenue checks may not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Previous check was not cashed due to return for bad address
  • Transfer or Notice of Death
  • Assignment of Interest
  • Legal Dispute
